Triumph Hotel and Event is located along major road within residential area beside RCCG Master Court about three plots to Dangote Flour Mill along Asa Dam Road, Ilorin, Kwara State. The hotel markets rooms for lodging purposes and it is fully equipped with kitchen, bars, fitness center, swimming pool, big modern gymnasium, and laundry facilities. It has 60# mix rooms and three (3#) conference rooms equipped with modern facilities.

Our swimming pool is medium size and always kept clean all the times. It is co-located with a separate multi-purpose hall that accommodates 1,200 people for events purposes. Our Beauty Saloon & Spa is second to none. The hotel has adequate parking space; more than 120 cars can park conveniently without constituting an obstruction to traffic flow. The hotel facilities are built on a 6,500 m² (1.6 acres) of land.
